Something powerful is happening with the young adults of Life Directions. After organizing and implementing a successful community cookout in August, 10 young adults gathered on September 3rd to talk about what they can do next for the Detroit community.
They shared their hopes for the future — including passing down what they have learned, building positive relationships, leaving a mark, and creating support systems for others. Then they got to work brainstorming ideas:
